Refunds and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy: There are no refunds on pen and/or entry fees.

Provision for a refund only exists if the Missouri State Fairgrounds cancels our event due to some unimaginable event that causes the grounds to be closed. If a parent or child cancels, leaves early, does not show up, there are no refunds granted. Personalized items are created for each child and there is no way for the Midwest Buck Sale to absorb that cost when an individual cancels. You are welcome to transfer the entry to another youth. Entry is not transferable to another year. It must be used in the year it is purchased for.
